Each business using AiSensy receives Unlimited FREE service conversations. Businesses can reply to user messages without incurring any charges; it's completely FREE.

Marketing Conversations include all promotional messages, offers, product updates. These Conversations cost ₹0.88/ Conversation (for Indian users)

Utility Conversation

Utility Conversations are transactional in nature and include messages for delivery updates, transaction receipts, reminders and more. These Conversations cost ₹0.125/ Conversation (for Indian users)

Unlimited User means that there is no limit on the number of Monthly Active Users (MAUs) you can connect with in a month. A Messaging session window starts when a user sends your Whatsapp Business Number a message and lasts for 24 hours from the most recently received message.You can intervene/respond with ANY kind of message within these 24 hours.
